Welcome Baby Race Car

This is for my hubby's friends first baby. The Daddy-to-be loves all things cars. And he has a drag-race car.  The theme of the baby shower was also race cars.

45th Anniversary !!

Forty-five years ago, Stephen and I got married - the best decision I ever made. He's a car guy, always has been, always will be. When Stampin Up came out with "Trusty Toolbox" paper, I knew I had to find a way to use this. The red and silver stripes looks just like his tool box.

I used an old Cuttlebug embossing folder to make the silver diamond plate strip.   The sentiment on the black strip is from PTI that I die cut and embossed in white. If your person is from the 70's or 80's they'll recognize this tool box pattern --  I think it's still made today.

Here's a look at the inside.  I am a terrible decision maker 😃 So I used 3 - each from a different company.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look. Have a wonderful day.

Wedding Congratulations

My niece is getting married this weekend.  This is for her and her and her fiance.

The flower stamp, Congratulations & ring dies are from a Crop & Create "Celebrations Delivered" Bundle Class, that a wonderful friend got for me.

The scalloped dies are from Pretty Pink Posh

The inside sentiment is from an old wood block stamp from My Sentiments Exactly. I like how the sentiment goes with the flowers. "Happy wedding day" is from PTI

Peach and green are her favorite colors. For the front of the card I used the included stencils with oxide inks.  For the inside, I used the same ink but "painted" the stamp.
