Can you see the little bird in the window?
It was fun, relaxing and a bit of normalcy creating this.
I used this sketch from Jingle Bells . And the color challenge from Dynamic Duos .
I am also putting this into 52 Card Pick Up .
supplies:
all PTI except for "Nestabilities" circles, and the snowflakes.
That's all from me for now. I hope everyone affected by Sandy is recovering, both physically and emotionally. For some, I know, it will be a very long process.
Wowza ... what a cool floating effect ... I love how you used the negative space for the sketch ... so very glad you joined us at Jingle Belles.
ReplyDeleteOooooh-Awwww...there are so many wonderful things going on with this card! My favorite is the little birdie that looks like he's sitting on a branch and then like magic he's gone when you open the card! I love it! Thank you for joining us at Dynamic Duos this week!

ReplyDeleteLove that frame you've created with the scallop and plain circles - really striking! Thanks for playing along with the Dynamic Duos this week!
ReplyDeleteYour floating image is really pretty. Love that stamp you used, (have it, not stamped it yet!). The use of the pink on the front is a combo I wouldn't have thought to try, but it works wonderfully well with your scalloped cutouts and the trees behind it. The border really ties it all together. TFS such a beautiful card.
