CAS using heat embossing

For this card, I used the colors from The Play Date Cafe and the sketch from Clean and Simple .  I flipped the sketch to take advantage of the position of the microscope.

I also used the challenge from Friday Mash-Up - a clean and simple design using heat embossing.

I need to make several thank-you cards for my co-workers.  They are a great bunch of people that did a really nice thing for me.  Since I am a science teacher, I thought this would be appropriate.  And it was quick and easy to create, so I will be able to quickly put together several more.

supplies:
  • paper - solid: PTI, patterned: My Mind's Eye
  • stamps - image: Gina K; sentiment: Sweet and Sassy
  • other: versamark ink and black embossing powder
Thanks for stopping to look.

  2. What a fun image and sentiment! That's just in my realm of the world. Love the extra little rhinestones, although I real male scientist may wonder what their "function" is for. Thanks for joining the Friday Mashup this week.
